A phospholipid is a molecule in a dilemma. It has a head group that is attracted to water but its tails cannot mix with anything aqueous. Its a terrible situation to be in, really...I often find myself torn like that: I am a humanist at heart but in the words of the Twin Peaks character Benjamin Horne "Sometimes the urge to do evil is almost overpowering".

We are doing our visa applications for the Big Boston Uni tonight. It's getting closer, only 19 working days left!
