A phospholipid is a molecule in a dilemma. It has a head group that is attracted to water but its tails cannot mix with anything aqueous. Its a terrible situation to be in, really...I often find myself torn like that: I am a humanist at heart but in the words of the Twin Peaks character Benjamin Horne "Sometimes the urge to do evil is almost overpowering".

Tired and stressed
Damn this chapter! I hate it. It never ends and once I read it again, it sounds too weak and make even more changes.
